The hills of Griffin Rd, to the east of the property also grow a substantial olive grove with Italian varieties Frantoio And Corregiola, aswell as Spanish varieties Manzanilo and Arbequina.

Again the cool climate characteristics present themselves in the flavours and aromas of the oils. The unfiltered oil has a full bodied flavour with a delightful aroma of cut grass, the taste then moves on to a peppery finish. Delicious for drizzling over salad leaves and modern cooking.

As with our grapes, our olives are also hand picked with care and immediately cold pressed to ensure the highest of quality produce.
