Barry McDonald co-owns Fratelli Fresh, a providore that supplies top quality Australian and imported ingredients to over 80 chefs around the country
Andy Bunn’s seasonal and ingredient based recipes are a reflection of his philosophy of produce driven meals. He is the chef at the highly successful Cafe Sopra at Fratelli Fresh.
Discover how these industry stalwarts interpret the produce from the Orange region and match the brand new wines from Ross Hill. The ‘08 Reds and the ‘09 Whites are the first wines to be produced by renowned wine makers Phil and Rochelle Kerney at our Wallace Lane winery.
