2007 Sauvignon Blanc – Lily Grown at 750 metres.
The sauvignon blanc was picked early in the drought year to maximise freshness and vibrancy in our fruit. Zesty lemon blossom, gooseberry and cut grass are backed by a deliciously zippy palate with lively acidity. |

2006 Chardonnay – Maya Grown at 780 metres.
Bright pale straw in colour, this delicate lightly wooded chardonnay has pristine cool climate varietal characteristics. The wine was whole bunch pressed and cold fermented giving it lifted aromatics with soft subtle flavours of nectarine/honey dew melon and lime. These characteristics will continue to develop with 2-3 years of cool cellaring. |
