The winery plays host to two superb Long Lunch functions throughout the year in spring and autumn. On these celebratory days up to 180 guests enjoy a feast prepared by renowned chefs. The menu is a perfect pairing of scrumptious food with generous splashes of mouth-watering Ross Hill wine.
Celebrated chefs and restaurants from around Australia are invited to bring their skills and creativity to Orange and cook with exceptional local, regional produce. Their unique menus are matched with outstanding Ross Hill wines. The winery turns into a lively, atmospheric dining room – lined with aromatic French oak barrels and lavishly set communal tables.

English celeb chef, Tom Kime is an international advocate for sustainable fish and seafood and organic and sustainable food production. He has worked with Rick Stein at his Seafood Restaurant in Cornwall as well as Australian chef legends such as David Thompson at Darley St. Thai and Peter Doyle at Cicada. Tom was the executive chef and creator of Fish & Co. – the award winning sustainable seafood café in Sydney up until 2015. Recently Tom became the executive chef at the East Village in Sydney’s Petersham. Complete with a public bar and a vibrant roof top terrace and restaurant, Qantas has voted the East Village terrace as their No.1 roof top bar for 2017. Oh, and Tom cooked for his mate Jamie Oliver’s wedding. Ross Hill is looking forward to combining their sustainable creativity with Tom’s to create a Spring feast.
