We are very excited to be able to announce another exclusive cooking school with Simonn Hawke from the hatted Lolli Redini restaurant in Orange. Simonn will create a three course menu and demonstrate the processes involved in preparing it and recreating it in your home. Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, lunch will be enjoyed around communal table and each course will be matched with a glass of Ross Hill wines.
