Sophie Hansen, food writer, home cook and author of the Local is Lovely cookbook and blog, is joining us to create an “Autumn in Orange Feast”. Sophie will create a three course menu, of course incorporating venison from her farm, and demonstrate the processes involved in preparing it and recreating it in your home. Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, lunch will be enjoyed around communal table and each course will be matched with a glass of Ross Hill wines.
