Michelin-trained Chef Matt Kemp (formerly of Banc, Restaurant Balzac & Burlington Bar & Dining) will conduct a Cooking School highlighting local and seasonal produce. Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, a 3-course dinner will be enjoyed around our communal table and each course will be matched with a glass or two of Ross Hill wines.
