Matthew’s food philosophy is simple ­ clean eating need never compromise on taste, and he’s a man true to his word. Small plates and bigger bites to satisfy any and every hunger.  Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, the courses will be enjoyed around our communal table and will be matched with a glass or two of vegan Ross Hill Wines.
