The Alibi kitchen is helmed by Jordan Brogan with food design by Matthew Kenney, world renowned plantbased chef. Matthew’s food philosophy is simple clean eating need never compromise on taste, and he’s a man true to his word. Small plates and bigger bites to satisfy any and every hunger. Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, the courses will be enjoyed around our communal table and will be matched with a glass or two of vegan Ross Hill Wines.
