Cured in Orange offers an amazing selection of European style charcuterie products, hand made by owner Stefan Birmili, who is a third generation German butcher and also the owner of Rudi’s in Kirawee, Sydney. Stefan will share tastes of his hand crafted artisan meats & will also demonstrate the art of making Italian sausage. Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, the meal will then be enjoyed around our communal table with bread & salad, and will be matched with a glass or two of Ross Hill wines.
