He was awarded a Chef’s Hat and ‘Best Italian Formal Restaurant’ in the Restaurant & Catering Awards for three consecutive years at L’Unico Restaurant in Balmain, Sydney, and then went on to win many more accolades at Lo Studio and The Beresford Hotel. He is now a consultant to many award winning restaurants in Sydney.
