Ayoma Gooneratne, from the Red Chilli Deli, will be teaching the authentic way to prepare and serve a Sri Lankan Curry. Complete with all of the necessary condiments, this will be an experience that will transport you directly to the shores of Ceylon! Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, a 3-course lunch will be enjoyed around our communal table and will be matched with a glass or a few of Ross Hill wines.
