Ayoma Gooneratne, from the Red Chilli Deli, will be teaching the authentic way to prepare and serve slow-cooked Sri Lankan food.  Complete with roti bread & accompaniments, this will be meal to remember!  Situated in our dedicated Barrel & Larder School of Wine and Food, dinner will be enjoyed around our communal table and will be matched with a glass or two of Ross Hill wines.
