  • 🌶GET SALTY why don’t you. Loving the new @sweetsoursalt location in Orange now at the old Manners’ Selkirks Restaurant spot on Anson Street. Sweet, Sour, Salty Asian food matched perfectly with local vino. So good to enjoy some 🌶 heat in Orange and to see the building’s recent jinxed spell finally broken. 🌱
  • 💦 Cool work on a steamy hot day. Tom (who worked a gap year with RHW a year ago) is back helping out in the winery during his Uni hols! Seen here watering down the outside of the barrels after having cleaned out the inside. The winery is busy prepping for bottling next week. We bottle about 6 times per year. A big bottling truck drives into the actual winery and all of our wine is bottled and labelled onsite. Some of our carbon neutral wines (such as the Pinnacle Series Pinot Noir & Gris) don’t leave our Wallace Lane address until you drive out of here with them from the Cellar Door. This helps to keep our carbon footprint minimal. And we’ll drink to that! 🍃🥂♻️🌍

Orange F.O.O.D Week is Australia’s longest running regional food festival and has been acclaimed as one of Australia’s top ten food festivals. 
The 10 day community festival is being held from Friday 6th to Sunday 15th April 2018 and celebrates the Orange region’s diverse and high quality food and wine. 
It showcases the farmers who grow our produce, as well as the local chefs, cooks, restaurateurs and caterers that create extraordinary dishes with it.

Look out for the sign just beyond ours on the Pinnacle Road. The Cellar Door is open today until 5pm. Allow about 45 mins for a full wine tasting. Cheers! 🍷
  • 🍒 Someone has been busy with their Christmas cherries from Ross Hill Wines. Yum! This pie would no doubt go very nicely with a crisp glass of Family Series ‘Jessica’ Rose.
