Our cream of the crop barrel-selected Chardonnay was sourced from Eastern facing Orange District vineyards. Each bunch was carefully chosen by the winemaking team to ensure only the highest quality of fruit of the vintage was included. Maturation on yeast lees for 9 months with weekly batonnage in French oak has produced a premium Chardonnay, refined and focussed the palate; worthy of time in the cellar.
