Our family-owned winery offers a warm, welcoming experience every day of the week. From guided wine tastings at our cellar door to food pairings and cooking classes, your visit is about more than just wine — it’s about connection, flavour, and the story behind every glass. Cellar Door Tastings at Ross Hill Wines

Our cellar door in Orange NSW is open seven days a week, 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. Here, you’ll be guided through a curated selection of Ross Hill wines, including our Family and Pinnacle Series. Each wine tasting highlights the elegance and balance that Orange’s cool climate is known for.

We welcome groups of eight for wine tastings, groups over eight people are asked to call our office to make a booking. We recommend booking in advance to ensure we can give you the attention you deserve. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or new to the world of wine, our friendly team makes each wine tasting approachable and enjoyable.


Winery Tours in Orange NSW

Make the most of your visit by starting the day with our daily 10 am winery tour. This behind-the-scenes experience offers a closer look at how we craft our wines sustainably, from vineyard to bottle. As Australia’s only NCOS-certified carbon neutral winery, we are proud to share our commitment to the environment alongside our award-winning wines. The tour takes roughly 30 minutes after which you will get to enjoy our wine tasting experience to kick the day off right. Bookings are essential for the tour as places are limited. Kids are welcome on the tour.


Food and Wine Pairings

For something extra special, join us for a food and wine pairing experience. These tastings showcase how our wines complement seasonal ingredients and simple, elegant snack dishes. It’s the perfect way to deepen your appreciation of both wine and food while enjoying the best of Orange’s regional produce. The kids don’t have to miss out we do have a kids tasting plate to keep them entertained while you enjoy your wine tasting.


Barrel & Larder Cooking School

Our passion for wine and food comes together at the Barrel & Larder Cooking School, Ross Hill Wines’ very own School of Wine and Food. Located at our winery, these demonstration-style cooking classes are designed for those who love to learn, taste, and connect.

Guests enjoy watching talented chefs prepare dishes step by step, all while sipping on perfectly paired Ross Hill wines. It’s a relaxed, inspiring way to spend time with friends, meet fellow food lovers, and pick up skills to bring home to your own kitchen.
