Pinnacle Series Blanc de Blancs
A methode traditionelle sparkling from the cool hills of Orange, NSW. Estate grown Chardonnay was naturally fermented by wild yeasts and matured on tirage in bottle for four and a half years. Finger limes, pink lady apple on the nose combine with crisp fruit and shortbread flavours resulting in a complex and harmonious finish.
