A methode traditionelle sparkling from the cool hills of Orange, NSW. Estate grown Chardonnay was naturally fermented by wild yeasts and matured on lees in bottle for three and a half years. Sourdough bread and finger limes on the nose combine with crisp fruit and creamy brioche flavours resulting in a complex and harmonious finish.
