Our Monocle Pinot Grigio was picked ripe yet early to achieve a naturally lighter in alcohol wine. The high altitude pinot grigio underwent a full MLF to produce a soft palate with flavours of nashi pear and finger limes.

The Pinnacle Series are wines which best display the outstanding terroir of our vineyard sources. Fruit for this benchmark Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from our Griffin Road vineyard. Fermentation in 100% older French oak for 10 months with regular battonage. Scents of passionfruit and green papaya sorbet are abundant and the palate has kiwifruit and lemon pith with lingering acid leading to a long finish.

The Pinnacle Series are wines which best display the outstanding terroir of our vineyard sources. Our 2023 Pinnacle Chardonnay was sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Orange Region. Pale straw in colour with jasmine flowers, yellow nectarines, vanilla and nougat on the nose. A beautiful mouth feel with soft acidity has made for another stunning Pinnacle Chardonnay from Ross Hill.  Harmonious and balanced, yet with intense fruit definitions, this wine shows great complexity and finesse.
