Ross Hill’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The grove at Ross Hill is home to an assortment of Italian and Spanish olive varieties that flourish in the cool climate region of Orange. Unfiltered and full-bodied Ross Hill’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a delightful aroma of cut grass that lifts to a peppery finish. Delectable as is with fresh, crusty bread or drizzled over crisp salad leaves.

A unique blend of Italian and Spanish varieties (Frantoio, Corregiolo, Leccino, Arbequina and Manzanillo) produces an outstanding olive oil. As with Ross Hill’s grapes the olives are hand-picked with great care and are immediately cold pressed to ensure the highest quality produce. The oil is bottled locally in Canowindra.

This limited release, extra virgin olive oil can only be bought directly from Ross Hill’s cellar door or via the online wine shop.
